What experience is required?
Effective agents must have a positive and professional demeanor along with a clear speaking manner. Assessments are required to establish suitability.
What is the minimum age requirement?
You must be 18 years or older to apply.
Do I have to be a legal resident of the US?
Yes, all agents currently must reside and be legal to work within the US.
Why is a background check required?
Agents will be dealing with very sensitive and confidential information when it comes to each of the clients. Therefore, it is a mandatory requirement that a background check be completed and the identity of each agent confirmed as well as free from criminal activity.
Is there a cost to get started?
Yes. The National Background check will cost $30. ALL Certification courses are FREE.
Is there a weekly requirement for hours that I have to work?
Yes. Most clients require you to commit a minimum of between 15-20 hours per week. Keep in mind that you are able to select your own hours to work around your schedule.
How much can I expect to earn?
We always like to tell agents that you will get out what you put in. Most agents typically make between $500 - $1500 bi-weekly depending on the amount of hours they are servicing. Pay will range between $10.50 - $16+ per hour with the opportunity for incentives based on performance and metrics.
How often can I expect to be paid?
Our agents are paid on the 15th and the last day of the month.
What equipment will I need to get started?
At a minimum, agents will need a PC laptop/desktop (MAC computers are only supported with certain opportunities), hard-wired land line phone service (some clients), high speed internet connection, VOIP headset, and a call center dialpad w/headset telephone. Your home phone line must be free of all features and just a plain old telephone service without call waiting, voicemail, or any other features. All in one computers, tablets, netbooks, and MacBook Air are currently not supported. You will be given a complete list once registered.
What operating systems are compatible with the Arise network of clients?
Windows 10. Windows 8.1 may not be supported by some clients. MAC: Must be running MS Windows via Boot Camp. Each client will have the specific requirements listed under each opportunity once you are registered on the Arise platform.
What companies will I be servicing for?
Due to the Non-Disclosure agreement that we have signed with Arise we are not allowed to openly discuss who our clients are. But rest assured that you will be servicing for some of the top Fortune 500 companies to include some top cruise lines, tax agencies, home services, and telecommunications companies to name a few.
